This Return and Refund Policy applies to interior styling services provided by Siftingpoweral. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Service Cancellation
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a 50% refund of deposits
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for refunds

Cancellation by Siftingpoweral
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will:
- Provide as much advance notice as possible
- Offer to reschedule at your convenience
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
Refund Policy for Completed Services
Due to the customized and consultative nature of our interior styling services, refunds for completed services are generally not available. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion
- We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable adjustments where possible
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that were not delivered as agreed
Product Returns
If we have procured furniture, accessories, or other products on your behalf:
- Product return policies are subject to the individual retailer or manufacturer's terms
- We will assist you with return processes when possible
- Return shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client
- Custom or made-to-order items are generally not returnable
Consultation Services
For consultation-only services (where no physical styling is performed):
- If you are unsatisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 3 days
- We may offer a follow-up consultation or partial refund at our discretion
- Digital materials provided (mood boards, recommendations) are considered delivered services
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or wish to request a refund:
- Contact us directly via email or phone to discuss your concerns
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may refer to the terms outlined in your service agreement
Exceptions
The following circumstances may affect refund eligibility:
- Services that have been substantially modified by the client after completion
- Services where the client has not provided necessary access or information as agreed
- Services completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request
- Third-party services or products not directly provided by Siftingpoweral
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
