Siftingpoweral provides professional interior styling and décor consultation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Interior styling consultations
  • Furniture and accessory selection
  • Color palette recommendations
  • Space planning and layout design
  • Rental property staging
  • Workspace styling

Service Agreements

When you engage our services, a separate service agreement will be provided detailing the specific scope of work, timeline, pricing, and terms for that particular project. The service agreement will take precedence over these general terms for matters specific to the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Remaining balance is typically due upon completion of services
  • Payment methods accepted will be specified in your agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled services may be eligible for a full refund of deposits
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before services may be subject to cancellation fees
  • Refunds for completed services are handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your space, preferences, and requirements
  • Grant access to your property as needed for consultation and styling services
  • Make timely decisions and approvals as requested

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, styling plans, and recommendations provided by Siftingpoweral remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these materials for your personal styling project but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Siftingpoweral provides styling consultation and recommendations. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or condition of products purchased separately by the client
  • Structural issues or problems with the property itself
  • Damages resulting from client modifications to our recommendations
  • Third-party services or products recommended but not directly provided by us

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission

Modifications to Terms
